Gary Batt Associates Architects developed “Ageing in Place” Villa’s located in a small wheat belt town of Western Australia.
Utilising the Lesser Hall of the Existing Town Hall as the Communal Facilities the Concept was a Village where each front door addresses the common area. It is the distances between these units and front doors that determines social behaviours. The First 4 were completed in 2016.
