Part renovation and connection of existing civic buildings. The design encompassed an upgrade to services, access and aesthetics to modernise and connect the two ageing structures.
Utilising a new colour scheme and moderated material palette, the project performs all new functions effectively, yet also maintains much of its previous identity.
